All utilities included with WIFI and inside laundry. All normal household appliances, and kitchen utensils for cooking and serving provided. Bedrooms share a Jack and Jill style shower and have a private restroom. Home also features a screened in Porch that walks out to a patio deck over looking a wooded area. Cleaning fee $150 at end of occupancy, bookings longer than 30 days require lease and security deposit. May be cleaned during stay, upon request, for same additional fee.
